Have you ever noticed that if something bad happens early in the morning, the rest of the day seems to be off? There's actually a scientific explanation for why this is. I won't go into great detail, but I do want to touch on it.
Everything is in constant movement or vibration and emits a frequency. It's pretty commonly known that a dog can sense fear. Fear is a frequency. If you are scared of the dog, the dog is scared of you because it can perceive your frequency of fear. Think about how a dog whistle works. When you blow it, you and I can only hear the sound of your breath being forced through the plastic. But a dog will be noticeably disrupted as it hears a very high pitched and even painful sound/vibration/frequency. Dogs can hear this frequency, humans can't.
Have you ever known someone who made you feel uncomfortable? You may have no reason for feeling the way you do. They have never mistreated you. You know nothing of their personal life. They are socially appropriate and seemingly of good report, but for some reason, you just have a bad vibe about them. In many cases, these feelings you have are accurate. You are picking up a disharmonious frequency which is repulsive to you.
In my early twenties, I was introduced to a man named David. The person who introduced us had nothing but good to say about David. He went on and on and about wonderful he was and how I was going to really like the guy. In the very moment I saw him I knew there was a problem. Something about him was revolting to me. He looked fairly normal and said all the right things, but he just creeped me out. A few months later, I would discover this man to be one of the most vial human beings I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. I had picked up on his frequency which was abhorrently disruptively to me.
There is a frequency that accompanies every persistent and or intense thought and emotion we experience throughout the day. Fear has a certain frequency. Courage has a certain frequency. Depression has a certain frequency. Perversion has a certain frequency. Enthusiasm has a certain frequency. Sorrow has a certain frequency. Happiness has a certain frequency. Health has a certain frequency. Illness has a certain frequency. Lack has a certain frequency. And abundance has a certain frequency. Every persistent and or intense thought and accompanying emotion has a frequency.
Unbeknownst to most, we are broadcasting these frequencies throughout every moment of our life. Also unbeknownst to most, we are attracting other circumstances and people who are in harmony with our frequency, or who share the same frequency, and we are repelling those who find our frequency disagreeable. This is why rich people hang with rich people, poor people hang with poor people, sick people hang with sick people, complainers hang with complainers, religious zealots hang with religious zealots, smokers hang with smokers, readers hang with readers, investors hang with investors, and stupid people hang with stupid people.
This explains why when the day starts bad, it tends to stay bad, unless and until you master the ability to reflect positivity when you are shown an image or an experience of negativity. Well, until that day comes, where you have mastered yourself and the universe (it is possible by the way), here's a technique to be certain that your day starts out GREAT every day!
Generally speaking, in order to have a great day, you must start your day great! Sounds like a play on words, but it's a fact. Isaac Newtons First Law of Motion states: A body in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted on by an outside force. This law is true for frequencies as well as bodies … a frequency in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force. Start your day bad… have a bad day. Start your day great… have a great day! Now of course, if your day starts out on the wrong foot by some accident or unepected bad news, or even if your pet wizzed on your carpet, you can always change the vibration you are in (outside force). It just takes work, but most people won't do it. So it's generally true that a frequency in motion has tends to stay in motion.
To me, the perfect start to a day would look like this:
* A complete planning session the night before
* 8-9 hours of blissful sleep
* Waking at 5:00 AM to the sound of real ocean waves and seagulls and feeling the cool ocean air on my face
* 3-5 minutes on my knees at my bed side in prayer and meditation, expressing gratitude for what is and what will be
* A 20 minute walk on the beach, watching the sun come up over the horizon, while taking deep breaths almost able to taste the salt in the air
* 20 minutes of meditation on the balcony overlooking the ocean
* 20 minutes of intense weight training
* 20 minutes of stretching and yoga
* An hour listening to my favorite audios while showering and getting ready for the day
* 20 minutes of journaling all the things I am grateful for and jotting down any inspiration I have
* Re-write my goal and express gratitude
* Fresh, organic, lightly chilled fruit for breakfast and spiritual study with family, followed by hugs and kisses for and from everyone
* This is the perfect start for me to have the perfect day.
* On the very rare occasion that I am not able to experience all of these things as I start my day
, I have several Plan B's. I'll share one with you below.
* I turn up my speakers, shut out all distractions for 3 minutes, sit in a comfortable chair and watch the video below.
Please be aware of how this video makes you feel. When the video is over, please share how you feel in the comment field below. I really want to know what this video does to you. Some of you may have seen it before, but please watch it again. Observe how it makes you feel, and share your feelings with us below
And one last question, if you started your day every day, feeling what you are about to feel, can you imagine how your days would go? If you're like me and don't have the time or don't take the time to craft the perfect start for your day by following the 12 steps above or similar, be sure to book mark this page and come here often and get your self in the right frequency so you can attract other people and circumstances of a similar frequency
